You have arrived at the home of Isaiah 42:10 - a Christian rock band from the Madison, WI area who's music is hard to compare to anyone. We try to do what God called us to do. Our style is Christian rock and rap also praise and worship. We have 3 lead singers to make this all happen. Please take a listen and tell us what you think!!!

 

Isaiah 42:10 is a Christian rock/praise and worship group from the Madison, WI area. The band consists of six members; lead singer / guitarist and founder of Isaiah 42:10, Harley Smalley. His son, Chris Smalley (drummer) and his daughter Sara Smalley/McChesney (vocalist) accompany him in the band. The remaining members, Jeff Owen (Bass), Ben Wenzel (Vocalist/Rapper) and Larry Kirker (Guitarist)make up the rest of the Isaiah ministry team. The group has released three CDs. Their debut album, "Isaiah 42:10",their second "Gotta Have Faith" and the new release "Flamethrower". The group has played at numerous venues such as: worship services, youth ministries, church functions, parties, festivals, and coffee shops. Isaiah 42:10 has opened up for nationally known groups such as "By the Tree", "Rush of Fools", "John Schlitt" (former lead singer of Petra), and "December Radio", "Seventh Day Slumber".. For the past six years, the band has traveled all over Wisconsin and other states including Illinois Minnesota and Michigan.

Our name, "Isaiah 42:10", is our mission statment. "Sing to the Lord a new song! Let his praise be sung from the ends of the earth by those sailing the sea and by everything in it, by the coastlands and those living there."(JNTP)
